Alexandra Marcoin-Karacsonyi

Alexandra Marcoin-Karacsonyi holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Master of Sciences in Management from ESSEC in France. She started her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Germany, before moving into internal strategy at PepsiCo in New York, and then to offline marketing at L’Oréal in Paris. She spent the following six years working in digital marketing, first to launch PayPal in France, and then as Internet Marketing Manager for, Switzerland’s leading online supermarket.


Alexandra became an entrepreneur by launching in 2015, before launching in 2017. Today she is also a coach in Design Thinking for LEAD, Stanford University’s Executive certificate focusing on corporate innovation, and for IE Business School Madrid. She is a Board Advisor for two successful Swiss startups active in the Fintech industry, and writes for several leading business magazines in Western Switzerland.


She has worked extensively with candidates applying to top-10 MBA programs, with a particularly strong track record at GSB, HBS, MIT Sloan, and Wharton.


Finally, Alexandra is the founder and President of Professional Women’s Network Geneva-Lausanne, the local antenna of PWN Global. She is married and the mother of four young children.
